Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (within India):

  • To metros – Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
  • To the rest of India : Estimated delivery within 3-6 business days. 

International Shipping:

  • Standard International Shipping: Delivery time varies by destination, typically the products ordered are dispatched in 1-2 days. The delivery can be expected within 7-10 days in major countries.
  • We send our parcels fully insured to our customers. If the Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. We will not be responsible for lost/stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at the customer’s address by the postal/courier agency.
  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess the same order. In case a replacement is not available of the same design we may ask you to either take a refund or select an alternate product.
  • If the customer, due to any reason, does not accept the order, the invoice amount after deducting shipping charges will be refunded in the original mode of payment.

Free Shipping:

  • Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders in India.
  • For international orders, a flat shipping will be charged on the cart which will be calculated at the end depending upon the country. However, if the cart value goes above $50, the shipping charges will be waived off.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking information.
  • We deliver our products across the world via the major and the most trusted courier services DHL & ARAMEX. You will be able to track your order on the courier company website through the link in your shipping confirmation email

Customs and Import Duties:

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply. 1000 Squats is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. 1000 Squats is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to address errors will be the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Issues:

  • In the event of delivery issues, such as lost or damaged items, please contact our customer service team at support@1000squats.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
  • In case of damaged items, we kindly ask you to provide an unboxing video of the parcel right after it’s delivered for a smooth assistance provided which, you can select either a return/replacement of the product/s. 

Note: Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
