Refund and Returns Policy

At 1000Squats, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please note the following details:

Domestic Orders

  • General Satisfaction Guarantee:
    • We stand by our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. No questions asked. However, unique return policies may apply to heavily discounted items or during specific campaigns.
  • Exclusions – ‘Final Sale’ Items:
    • Items from the ‘Final Sale’ section are not eligible for Return & Exchange.

  • First Order Return/Exchange:
    • Your first order is eligible for exchange or return, and you may receive a refund. (Special rules may apply during selected marketing campaigns or sale periods.)
  • Return Process:
    • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, kindly send the shipment back to our company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to service availability in your area pin code.
  • Exchange/Refund Limitation:
    • One order is eligible for exchange/refund only once. We cannot provide exchange/refund for products that have already been exchanged.
  • Timeframe for Returns:
    • You can exchange or return a product within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

  • Payment Refund Details:
    • COD amount or any discount coupon amount will not be refunded. For prepaid orders, a 3% processing fee will be deducted in case of a refund.
  • Reverse Pickup Conditions:
    • Reverse pick up will be attempted by us wherever feasible. However, there will be only one reverse pickup provided for one order. In exceptional circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup is not available in your area.
  • Innerwear Policy:
    • Due to the nature of innerwear, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. This policy ensures the highest standards of hygiene, protecting the health and safety of our customers.

International Orders

  • Return Policy:
    • We do not accept any returns for products sold outside India.
  • Defective Items:
    • In case of defects, please contact us at support@1000squats.com within 7 days of receiving the shipment and await further instructions.
  • Refund for Serious Defects:
    • In cases of serious defects, the item price will be credited back to the customer in the original form of payment after deducting the shipping fee.
